Principal
Founder and principal of George Oliver Companies. Has spent 20 years identifying undervalued buildings in Phoenix and Scottsdale and transforming them into design-forward workspaces. Believes deeply that existing structures are the city's most underutilized asset.
Design Director
Oversees the creative direction and material selection for every project. Trained in architecture and interior design, with a focus on biophilic principles and warm, tactile environments. Brings a hospitality-industry lens to every workspace.
Operations & Leasing
Manages tenant relationships, leasing strategy, and the day-to-day experience of each building. Believes that great operations are invisible — the building just works, the community flourishes, and tenants stay.
