The Story
CASA began with a Spanish-style office building most developers would have demolished. George Oliver saw something worth saving — original stucco, arched entries, a courtyard that deserved to breathe again.
The renovation preserved the architectural DNA while introducing biophilic design, modern materials, and a community-centered program. Every arched entry was restored. The courtyard, once an afterthought, became the social center of the building — a place where tenants linger long after the workday ends.
CASA is a reminder that the most interesting spaces are rarely built from scratch.
